Commercial Transport Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Debronzmovers. By accessing our tracking tools, requesting freight quotations, or consigning cargo to our network, you agree to comply with the standard operating terms set forth below.
1. Bills of Lading & Waybills
Every air, ocean, and ground consignment is governed by its designated Bill of Lading (BOL) or Air Waybill (AWB). The consignor certifies that all declared cargo descriptions, gross weights, hazardous materials declarations, and invoice valuations are accurate at time of handover.
2. Customs Clearance, Duties & Taxes
Unless explicitly arranged under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, destination import taxes, VAT, inspection fees, and customs duties are the responsibility of the designated consignee. Debronzmovers acts as an authorized forwarding agent to expedite clearance through accredited customs channels.
3. Cargo Liability & Transit Insurance
Standard carrier liability is governed by international maritime and aviation conventions (such as the Montreal Convention and Hague-Visby Rules). Shippers requiring full valuation protection are advised to declare total value and secure supplemental cargo insurance through our transit policy programs.
4. Website Access & Intellectual Property
All logos, telemetry tracking software, digital manifests, and content displayed on this website are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and belong to Debronzmovers. Unauthorized scraping or automated misuse is strictly prohibited.
